In the unlikely event that you find a lower price for an exact match² within 48 hours of your booking with us, claiming a refund is simple! Just make a copy or screen shot of the lower rate that clearly states the dates, activities and contracted operator along with the web page address, then send it to us in email at info@gustibalitours.com, please remember to mention “Best Price Guarantee” in the subject line, and be sure to quote your booking/itinerary reference number, that’s all! One of our representative will be in contact with you within 24 hours³.

Other things you should know before you submit a claim

The Best Price Guarantee covers all retail prices publicly advertised to the general public, this excludes any discount you may receive or be eligible for elsewhere, such as a membership program, corporate discount, or rewards program. 1. The Best Price Guarantee is only available for bookings that are made through our website (gustibalitours.com) after a full payment has been made for the booking.
2. The comparison must be an exact match between the lower rate and the tour package or activity you have booked with us, this includes same activities and all on or during the same time and date periods.
3. Gusti Bali Tours reserves the right to verify the lower price when possible, all refund decision will be made at the sole discretion off Gusti Bali Tours. No refund will be made if the lower rate cannot be independently verified by Gusti Bali Tours, the lower rate must be available at the time of the claim.
4. Refunds of the price difference will be made to the same payment method that was used to complete your booking.
